Customer relationships, means to the way a business communicates and cooperate with the world people to gain and retain customers. It is essential for a business to collect good customer relations to attract and keep a loyal base of customers.  Many companies hire consultants to advise them how to develop good customer relationships.

Successful businesses provide excellent service by handling customer complaints promptly and effectively. They diffuse any instance of customer complaint through quick resolution of the problem and a free product or service discount offer.

Customer relationship management (CRM) is the process of managing a company’s interaction with current and future customers. It often involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.

Customers can be categorised as B2C-stands for Business-to-Customer, B2B- B2B stands for Business-to-Business, C2B-C2B stands for Customer-to-Business, or C2C-C2C stands for Customer-to-Customer.  For a long term customers relationship you should done design, plan and strategy for building customer’s loyalty; Work on continuous improvement of that plans and strategies; be honest as much as possible with them; Tell him about everything that is improved and ask for their feedback; Always think strategically to build long-term customer relationships.
